We electronically capture important information from documents that are sent in for storage by our clients. This helps for fast retrieval as our customers are able to locate documentation at file level by searching for keywords or descriptions.

All our customers’ information is then indexed and catalogued and a copy of the index is then sent to them for future retrieval and audit purposes, while another copy is kept on The Document Warehouse’s secure system, only accessible by authorised TDW staff members.
