In cases of unavailability, The Document Warehouse (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.<\/p>\n<h3>Customer Privacy policy<\/h3>\n<p>The Document Warehouse (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. The PAIA may be downloaded from:<br>http:\/\/www.polity.org.za\/attachment.php?aa_id=3569.<\/p>\n<h3>Payment options accepted<\/h3>\n<p>Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, SID (Instant EFT) or by bank transfer into The Document Warehouse\u2019s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.<\/p>\n<h3>Card acquiring and security<\/h3>\n<p>Card transactions will be acquired for The Document Warehouse (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.<\/p>\n<h3>Customer details separate from card details<\/h3>\n<p>Customer details will be stored by The Document Warehouse (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate\u2019s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.<\/p>\n<h3>Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency<\/h3>\n<p>The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.
